The Return Policy

Orders are custom made and cannot be refunded unless approved by Pedro Pablo Pacheco Fashion. Items can be exchanged if the customer's reason for the returning is approved by our customer service department. Submission requests for an exchange must be made within 3 days once the items have been received. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within the 7 days once received. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns.
